Job description

The appointment is for a permanent full-time position. It offers a research budget, a competitive teaching load and a university environment that promotes interdisciplinary collaboration and research development. The candidate should be able to teach graduate-level courses such as Principles of Educational Leadership and Management, Organizational Effectiveness & Improvement, Educational Policy and Strategic Planning, Program & Personnel Evaluation of School Units and Organizations.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Management. Excellent Greek language skills, but also English language communication skills are essential. Applicants should have a strong record of scientific research publications in international, high-level journals and a strong ongoing research agenda. Evidence of teaching excellence and course and curriculum development is also required. The successful candidate will be expected to publish scientific research in high-level academic journals and demonstrate high-quality teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Applicants are also expected to attract external research funding.
