The Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University invites applications for one tenure-track or tenured faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor in Marketing, starting August 2018. Applicants must have a PhD or DBA in Marketing or related field from an AACSB accredited university completed by August 2018. Both new and advanced assistants and tenured or untenured associates will be considered. The candidate will be expected to conduct innovative, impactful research and teach undergraduate principles of marketing (for an undergraduate minor) and marketing elective courses in the Owen MBA program and the Owen Master of Marketing program.


The Owen Graduate School of Management is focused on graduate management education. It has an enrollment of over 550 full-time students in its full-time MBA, Health Care MBA, Executive MBA (EMBA), Americas MBA for executives (AMBA), Master of Science in Finance (MSF), Masters of Accountancy (MAcc), MAcc Valuation, Master of Marketing (MMark), and Masters of Management in Health Care (MMHC) programs. The school’s  full-time faculty members are actively engaged in research. Owen enrolls students from all parts of the U.S. and 35 countries.
