The Strategic Communication M.A. Program at Michigan State University is seeking outstanding candidates for an adjunct online Assistant Professor position. This is a part-time position. Primary responsibilities will be teaching online in the Strategic Communication M.A. Program. Responsibilities will include some combination of the following: teaching a course or courses in marketing, leadership, advertising, PR, digital media, media analytics, ethics, and research that students can apply in careers. The StratCom M.A. program is an applied Masters Degree Program. The students are already working professionals desiring to pivot or advance in their career with applied skill training. The program is 100% online. Candidates who possess experience and proficiency in online teaching is preferred.
Position is planned to recur every Summer Semester

Doctorate
PhD required. Professional experience in advertising, PR, executive leadership, media analytics, journalism and mass communication or related area; commitment to working as part of a team; and excellent communication and leadership skills. Teaching experience is required.
Online teaching experience is preferred.
