The Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder invites applications for a full-time Assistant Teaching Professor in the Finance Division, beginning Fall 2026.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic, collegial group of scholars and educators committed to excellence in teaching, curriculum innovation, and student engagement. The appointment is a multi-year contract with competitive salary and benefits.
Teach seven courses per academic year at the undergraduate and/or master’s level across the fall, spring, and summer semesters.
Develop and deliver engaging course content and materials.
Participate in curriculum design and collaboration with Leeds Centers and divisions.
Contribute to the academic and professional development of students through mentoring and innovative instruction.
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, or a related field, or
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with substantial professional accomplishments in business or finance.
Ph.D. in Finance, Economics, or related field.
Teaching experience in undergraduate and master’s-level business programs.
Salary Range: $133,000–$140,000 (100% appointment).
