Position Summary
The Indiana University Jacobs School of Music seeks applicants for a one-year, full-time visiting position in the Voice Department for the 2024-25 academic year (August 1, 2024 – May 31, 2025). All voice types will be considered.

Responsibilities will include studio teaching of graduate and undergraduate voice majors in all degree and diploma programs. The full teaching load will be 18 applied students, who will each receive 14 individual lessons during the fall and spring semesters (August 26 – December 20 and January 13 – May 9). Service responsibilities may be expected.

This is a full-time, benefits eligible position and University‐sponsored benefit plans are a significant part of IU’s total compensation package.
Basic Qualifications
Significant international performing experience or an earned doctorate is required.

Additional Qualifications  
Salary and Rank Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Rank will be Visiting Assistant Professor, Visiting Associate Professor, or Visiting Professor.
