Position Summary |
Indiana University Northwest, a Minority Serving Institution (MSI/HSI) in Gary, IN, seeks a dynamic visionary and innovative leader to serve as the inaugural Associate Executive Vice Chancellor for Student Success (AEVCSS). This administrator reports directly to and works in consultation with the Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs (EVCAA). This position is a yearly appointment renewable up to four years. This temporary position is supported by a U.S. Department of Education grant under the Title V, Developing Hispanic-Serving Institutions Program with expected annual renewals contingent on the availability of grant funds. Faculty rank will be determined by credentials and experience.

One of seven campuses of Indiana University, IU Northwest is located in metropolitan Northwest Indiana, approximately 30 miles southeast of Chicago and 10 miles from the Indiana Dunes National Park. The campus has a diverse student population of approximately 3,500 degree-seeking students and 1,800 dual-credit students and has been recognized by the Department of Education as a minority and Hispanic serving institution.
