The Master of Science in Applied Psychology program in the Department of Psychology at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California, invites applications for afull-time Consumer Psychology position beginning Fall Term, 2022. This is a teaching or practice track faculty position, rank open and dependent upon qualifications. The position is based on campus in LA, and will include in person classroom teaching as well as teaching courses online.  

Ideal candidates will have an interest in forward-looking applications of Consumer Psychology (e.g., customer experience, insights, consumer neuroscience, digital media, advertising, analytics) as well as demonstrated industry experience. This position is key in the programs' concentration in Consumer Psychology. The Master of Science in Applied Psychology Program (MAPP) is an innovative terminal masters program designed to propel students into jobs where they will combine psychology and business interests in non-clinical roles. The position requires a PhD in psychology or related field and teaching experience, preferably at the graduate level.
