The Master of Science in Applied Psychology program in the Department of Psychology at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California, invites applications for a full-time Organizational Psychologyposition beginning Fall Term, 2022. This is a teaching or practice track faculty position, rank open and dependent upon qualifications. The position is based on campus in LA and will include in person classroom teaching as well as teaching courses online.  

Ideal candidates will have an interest in forward-looking applications of  I/O or Organizational psychology (e.g., leadership; change management; workplace wellness; talent management; remote work; learning and development,  people analytics, DEI) as well as demonstrated industry experience. This is a leadership role, coordinating the programs’ concentration in Organizational Psychology. The Master of Science in Applied Psychology Program (MAPP) is an innovative terminal masters program designed to propel students into jobs where they will combine psychology and business interests in non-clinical roles. The position requires a PhD in psychology or related field and teaching experience, preferably at the graduate level.
