The Law School seeks candidates in behavioral law & economics. Fellows will:
Teach one one-quarter graduate-level course during the academic year
Produce original scholarship
Contribute to the intellectual life of the Law School
The Law School encourages all plausible applicants and interprets behavioral law & economics broadly.
J.D. or equivalent graduate degree enabling high-quality legal scholarship
Demonstrated promise of distinguished legal scholarship and teaching
Expertise and research interest in behavioral law & economics
Ability to develop and teach a graduate-level seminar in this subject
