Location: Remote (with occasional on-campus meetings up to 6 times per year)

Position Overview
- Teach assigned online sections (up to 40 credit hours).
- Conduct synchronous online meetings; prepare and deliver course materials.
- Promote student engagement, monitor progress, respond to student messages.
- Provide substitute coverage for other instructors when necessary.
- Support course management, grading, proctoring reviews, and mentoring initiatives.
- Assist with accreditation-related tasks for the ABA Online program.
Minimum Qualifications
- Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCBA-D in good standing.
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field.
- Prior university teaching experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Ph.D. in a related field.
- History of research and publications.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and virtual communication technologies.
Responsibilities in Detail
- Teaching & Student Engagement: Conduct scheduled online classes, maintain office hours, supervise mentoring, respond to discussion boards, and monitor progress.
- Course Support: Assist lead instructors, grade assignments, review proctoring sessions, and provide substitute coverage as needed.
- Program Support: Contribute to accreditation-related tasks and support broader program initiatives.
