Compensation: $1,440 – $1,700 per credit hour


Position Overview

  • Course: ARI 375 – Printmaking for non-majors (3 credit hours)

  • Responsibilities:

    • Teach fundamentals and technical principles of printmaking (e.g., copper etchings, hand-carved woodcuts, mono printing).

    • Syllabus development and updating, preparation of lectures/projects.

    • Maintain office hours.

    • Grade student work and submit progress reports/final grades.

    • Build positive rapport with students and faculty.

  • Workload: 5 hours per week in-class + 10 hours/week for preparation


Qualifications

Required:

  • MFA or equivalent

  • Experience teaching a variety of print processes

Preferred:

  • Prior experience teaching non-majors or undergraduate students in a studio setting
