Part-time teaching role (term-by-term appointment, non-tenured)
Teach up to 2 courses per term, not exceeding 10 courses per year
Deliver instruction for Associates, Bachelors, and Masters degree programs
Engage in professional development, curriculum work, and faculty governance as needed
Scholarship/research is not required
Provide a student-centered learning environment to promote success
Teach synchronous seminars (10-week units)
Maintain virtual office hours and timely communication with students and administration
Lead message board discussions and facilitate online coursework
Partner with Academic Advisors to address student concerns and ADA accommodations
Maintain accurate student grade records and submit mid-term/final grades on schedule
Enforce student conduct policies
Attend departmental and faculty meetings as requested
Stay current with technology trends and online teaching methods
Perform additional duties as assigned by the School
Master’s degree + 18 graduate credit hours in Psychology, ABA, Education, or related field
BCBA or BCBA-D certification
1–3 years of relevant practical/professional experience
Online higher education teaching experience preferred
Proficiency with MS Office and Google applications
Ability to handle confidential information and work independently
Strong time management, prioritization, and analytical skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
Adjunct pay: ~$2,800 per 10-week course
Retirement benefits: automatic 403(b) contribution of 3%, optional match up to 4% with 457(b) participation
Remote position, U.S. work authorization required
