Job description

Sussex Law School, University of Sussex, an established and successful research-led department, is seeking to appoint a lecturer in Business Law.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, dynamic and committed academic who can contribute to the teaching of Business Law modules such as the LLB Undergraduate options in Business Law and Practice, Company Law or cognate areas; our optional MA module in Business Law (with potential to contribute on business/corporate/commercial modules to our LLM courses); and as required law modules offered in our Business School.

We are seeking to appoint a research active academic, able to engage in creative, interdisciplinary, and collaborative research in their area of research specialism.

The successful candidate will be on our teaching and research academic pathway. You will join a friendly and collegiate community whose staff are committed to high quality legal education through which we encourage critical thinking and a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
