We are looking for someone with vision and research capability to join our growing team of researchers working in STEM education within the School of Education. As a Lecturer in Climate Change Education, you will carry out research, teaching and management within the School, Faculty and University, and contribute to leadership, as appropriate to your grade, in STEM-focused research and teaching. You will teach on our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes including BA and MA Education providing specialist input in climate change education. We anticipate that you will contribute to new programme and module developments and work in an interdisciplinary way, for example, with the University’s Priestley International Centre for Climate (to become the Climate Futures Institute), and Schools such as Earth and Environment. 

With a first / higher degree that includes environment, sustainability or a STEM subject and a doctorate in the broad field of climate change / sustainability education, you will have a clear research agenda that enhances and contributes to growing the national and international profile of the School and a proven record of high-quality teaching in a University environment.
