The UC Irvine School of Education has need for temporary, part-time lecturer in Fall of 2022 to teach advanced writing and policy courses in the Education Science undergraduate degree program. Courses are typically pre-scheduled for either 80 minutes on Tuesday/Thursdays or for 50 minutes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Classes will be held in person.

EDUC 179W: Advanced Writing in Education Sciences (Fall 2022)
EDUC 140: Courts, Classrooms and Controversies in Education Policy (Fall 2022)
EDUC 10: Educational Research Design (Winter 2023 and Spring 2023)
EDUC 15: Statistics for Education Research (Winter 2023)
Service Period Dates for 2021-22:
Fall Quarter: 9/19/22 – 12/15/22
Winter Quarter: 1/4/23 - 3/14/23
Spring Quarter: 3/29/23 – 6/16/23
Minimum Qualifications: A master's degree, a record of successful teaching experience, and demonstrated expertise in the content of the course to be taught. Relevant experience may be considered.
Desired Qualifications: A doctoral degree in education or a field related to the course to be taught. Teaching at University level; experienced in digital learning technologies and using Canvas as a learning management system.
Salary: Annual full-time salaries will begin at a base rate of $64,329.
