Lecturer in Law - Introduction to Litigation in U.S. Courts

USC Gould School of Law is seeking an instructor to teach our on-campus Introduction to U.S. Litigation in U.S. Courts class this summer 2020 semester. Students enrolled in this course will be in our Master of Studies in Law and Master of Dispute Resolution programs.

Introduction to Litigation in U.S. Courts (LAW-567) examines rules of civil procedure, taking a “nuts and bolts” approach to litigation in the court system. There will be discussion of the differences between state and federal rules of civil procedure. The course will be taught with a focus on litigation strategy and practical solutions. (2 units)
