The department of Leadership, Policy and Organizations is seeking applicants for a Lecturer faculty (non-tenure track) position to provide instruction and serve as Director for a new online M.Ed. program in Leading Organizations . This is an opportunity to join a highly productive, diverse and interdisciplinary faculty and to be part of an innovative online program. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until filled. This is a twelve-month appointment, renewable. This position is can be in Nashville or remotely where relocation to Nashville is not required.

Qualifications

Candidates must have an earned doctorate in a field such as Organizational Learning, Learning and Design, Learning Science or closely related disciplines. Background or experience in teaching professional degree students, including at the professional doctoral-level or MBA students is critical, and online teaching experience is preferred. Candidates are expected to have excellent teaching credentials. Candidates also should be prepared to teach students from diverse professional backgrounds. Experience supervising capstones or dissertations is desirable.
