Lecturer in General Practice x 2, Department of General Practice, School of Medicine, College of Medicine and Health
Permanent Part-Time Posts (2 x 0.5FTE) 
 
UCC wishes to appoint academic General Practitioners to the roles of Lecturer in General Practice (2 x 0.5FTE).  Reporting to the Head of Department, the successful candidates will be expected to contribute to and lead undergraduate general practice curriculum design, delivery, and assessment, support the clinical placement of medical students, undertake clinical research and research supervision, apply for research grant funding in line with UCC research priorities, and undertake academic duties within the Department, School and College.
 
Please note that Garda vetting and/or an international police clearance check may form part of the selection process.

Appointment may be made on the Lecturer Above the Bar Salary Scale (pro rata 0.5 FTE): €73,691- €95,434 (Scale B)
Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy
