Description: The School of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Population Health and Reproduction, invites applications for a temporary lecturer position (title code 1632) to teach in Spring 2021 course PHR 266 – Applied Analytical Epidemiology (3 unit course). The position teaches two 1-hour lecture course/week; one 2-hour laboratory/week and you would be responsible for arranging office hours and/or study sessions for students.
Applicants must be current with relevant literature related to the principles and applications in analysis of epidemiologic data. Methods of analyzing stratified and matched data, logistic regression for cohort and case-control studies, Poisson regression, survival-time methods. Applicants need to prepare timely, up-to-date material for lectures.
