Duties and responsibilities
- Teaching at all levels of higher education, using modern teaching methods and educational technology.
- Creating study and teaching aids as well as supervising students at the first and second level of higher education and student traineeships outside the university.
- Professional development, including to enhance teaching and supervising skills.
- Lecturers are required to engage in research work related to their field. During 5 years, a lecturer shall carry out research in the volume equivalent to at least 2/3 of a PhD thesis.
- Lecturers are expected to participate in administrative activities and popularise their specialisation.
