Lead clinical consultation for pediatric and adolescent patients in outpatient settings
Collaborate with developmental behavioral pediatricians, psychologists, nurses, and social work staff
Open-rank, fixed-term faculty position within the School of Medicine
Focus on youth with or at-risk for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD)
Provide psychological services for youth with ASD/IDD
Conduct assessments, consultation, and (where applicable) intervention services
Collaborate in an interdisciplinary healthcare setting, ideally in an academic/medical environment
Participate in education and training for graduate students, university programs, and community initiatives
Doctoral degree (PhD/PsyD) in an applied area of psychology
Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Carolina
Broad clinical experience and expertise in assessment and consultation for youth with ASD/IDD
≥2 years of experience, including post-doctoral fellowship in intellectual/developmental disabilities
Experience with intervention services
Experience with LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities) or UCEDD (University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities) programs
Prior teaching and supervision of graduate students
Not applicable for campus security authority responsibilities
Ability to perform duties in interdisciplinary clinical and academic environment
