Qualifications:

1.   Ph.D. degree in a related discipline, with excellent academic performance;

2.   Good health, aged under 40;

3.   Be able to conduct scientific research independently;

4.   Good command of English reading, listening and speaking, forward-looking;

5.   Academically rigorous, devoted, team player and be good at communication;

6.   Passion for education cause and scientific research work, self-starter.

Compensations:

1.   Annual salary no less than 180k yuan, including housing subsidies (negotiable);

2.   Those who have no housing in Shanghai can apply for SJTU post-doctoral apartment;

3.   Collective registered residence;

4.   Chance to stay in the school and be enrolled in full-time research team;

5.   Other benefits and perks are negotiable.

Responsibilities:

1.   Conduct distinctive scientific research within the framework of the team's general direction and publish high-level academic papers;

2.   Complete relevant research projects and tasks delivered by the team;

3.   Assist in guiding postgraduate;

4.   Actively participate in team building work.
