Position Overview

  • Research Focus:

    • Genome regulation studies to support NHGRI-funded projects

    • Development of CRISPR technologies for multigenic epigenome editing

    • Computational analysis of sequencing datasets

    • Translational work: turning preliminary findings into manuscripts and datasets

  • Responsibilities:

    • Conduct analytical and experimental research

    • Develop new epigenome editing technologies and applications

    • Collaborate with faculty, postdocs, and students

    • Mentor graduate and undergraduate trainees


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • PhD or equivalent doctorate (e.g., Sc.D, M.D., D.V.M.)

  • Evidence of completion of degree requirements is acceptable if degree not yet conferred

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Expertise in genome regulation, CRISPR technologies, and computational genomics
