Postdoctoral Fellow Position at Department of Radiation Oncology, UCLA

Job Description:

A postdoctoral fellow position is available immediately at the department of Radiation Oncology at University of California Los Angeles school of medicine. We are looking for a qualified person to conduct studies for a newly funded project on artificial intelligence (AI) based treatment planning, delivery and adaptive treatment for cancer radiotherapy. Candidates must have PhD degree in physics, applied mathematics, engineering, computer science, or other related backgrounds.

The candidate should have demonstrated experience with programming skills on imaging processing & analysis, processing and management of large data files, and/or statistical/data analysis. Experience with bioinformatics, machine learning and deep learning frameworks and tools are preferred.

The candidate should be highly motivated, with good communication and writing skills and should be able to interact well with other members of the multidisciplinary team.
