Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Conflict Resolution - ILR School, Cornell University

The ILR School at Cornell University is pleased to announce a one-year postdoctoral fellowship for the 2021-22 academic year. This fellowship is designed for a recent PhD graduate with a research focus in the conflict resolution area. This position will be affiliated with the ILR School’s Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution. The holder of the fellowship will be expected to teach one course on a conflict resolution topic in both the fall and spring semesters on the Cornell Ithaca campus to undergraduates or graduate students and participate in activities of the Scheinman Institute and ILR School i.e. seminars and other Institute gatherings. We are particularly interested in individuals who have expertise and research interests in workplace conflict and its management, including the following topics: mediation and arbitration, conflict management systems design, interpersonal conflict resolution, negotiation, identity and cultural issues, and labor-management conflicts. The fellowship holder will be provided with a salary of $65,000 plus benefits.
