Position Description

A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Shin Lin in the Division of Cardiology, Department of Medicine at the University of Washington.  This is a full-time Postdoctoral Scholar position on an annual, 12 month appointment. M.D. or Ph.D. or foreign equivalent required. Postdoctoral scholars are represented by UAW 4121 and are subject to the collective bargaining agreement, unless agreed exclusion criteria apply. The new postdoctoral fellow will be engaging in an exciting, collaborative project involving single cell genomics (see https://chanzuckerberg.com/science/programs-resources/single-cell-biology/seednetworks/dissecting-the-genetic-basis-for-tissue-composition-and-gene-regulation/).  The project will involve both bench and computational aspects.  Experience in one or the other is desirable, but experience in both is not necessary.  Anticipated start date is October 1, 2020.

Qualifications
