Outline

Osaka University Graduate School of Medicine has decided to select candidates for Professor of Pharmacology (Department of Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology). The appointed professor will be engaged in research and be responsible for lectures and practical training on Pharmacology for undergraduate students of medical school. In addition, the professor will be in charge of teaching and supervising for graduate students. The research area of this position covers Pharmacology (the research in relation to the interaction of chemical compounds and biological systems) and its related fields in life sciences.

Research on Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology, teach courses, conduct practicals, and offer research and guidance on Pharmacology at the undergraduate and graduate levels

 

7. Qualifications

[Essential]
(1) Specialized knowledge in Pharmacology and related fields of life sciences.
(2) Capability of communicating in Japanese on a daily basis
(3) English language ability sufficient to fulfill one’s work duties
