Applications are now invited for the position of Professor in Educational Psychology.
We are seeking to add a permanent Professor of Educational Psychology who will report to the Head of School of Psychology. This is a new position.
The successful candidate will:
Hold a professional qualification in Educational Psychology.
Have experience of working in the field.
Demonstrate a clear track record in leadership and a strong academic record in Educational Psychology.
Lead programme development and programme co-ordination.
Deliver high-quality teaching.
Lead a high-quality research programme.
Actively participate in the School’s external engagement and enterprise activities.
Provide leadership in all domains of the role, including placement supervision, research supervision, and external engagement activities of the School and University.

The postholder will be required to undertake the following essential compliance training:

Other training may need to be undertaken when required.
Professor: €104,516.00 – €139,696.00
Refer to DCU Payscales for the applicable payscale.
Appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in line with current Government pay policy.
