Tender for a permanent position of a university professor for labor law and social law in accordance with § 94 para. 2 no. 1 UG at the Faculty of Law of the Johannes Kepler University Linz.

At the Faculty of Law of the Johannes Kepler University Linz, a professorship for employment law and social law in the form of a private employee employment relationship is to be filled at the earliest possible opportunity. The employment takes place according to § 98 UG. An evaluation of the professorship takes place after 5 years.

The job of the job holder will be to represent and further develop the field in teaching and research. A prerequisite is in particular a habilitation in the subjects of labor law and social law or a comparable high scientific qualification. The detailed requirements for this position are documented in the job profile (see info box on the right).

There is a voluntary agreement for a salary above the collectively agreed minimum salary of currently € 70,071.40. Depending on the current position (current salary), the gross annual salary (collectively agreed minimum salary plus voluntary overpayment) is € 80,000 to € 100,000.
