We are recruiting two Post-Doctoral Fellows to help build new knowledge on leadership. You will identify new insights, focusing on leadership behaviours and actions and their implementation across organisations. Focusing on one of the following projects:
There will also be opportunities to work on new projects as the Centre evolves.
Posts are for one year, with the possibility of renewal.
Depending on level of skills and experience appointment will be made on either the Research Associate or Research Fellow scale.
Salary scale for Research Associate £40,215 - £47,579 per annum
Salary scale for Research Fellow £45,615 - £53,988 per annum
Please note, however, candidates who have not yet been officially awarded their PhD will be appointed as Research Assistant within the salary range £35,477 - £38,566 per annum. Progression to Research Associate will be made on the award of the PhD.
