Applications are invited for an experienced postdoctoral Research Associate to join the Cardiac Electrophysiology Group led by Professor Mark Boyett at The University of Manchester.

You will work with Dr Gwilym Morris, who has recently been awarded a British Heart Foundation Intermediate Clinical Research Fellowship, on a project investigating cardiac remodelling in atrial fibrillation. The project is translational research, and your duties will be to undertake the management, planning and experimentation of the basic science arm of the study.

You will assist in analysis of electrophysiological data acquired from human subjects. You will require knowledge and practical experience of research in cardiac electrophysiology. Subject to satisfactory performance, the post is full time for 4 years.
