The Clinical Genetics Research Lab Name is seeking a highly motivated and successful individual with a background in large scale genotyping data analyses. The successful candidate will lead NIH supported projects such as large multi-institutional exome sequencing to identify susceptibility genes to myeloma and lymphoma. The lab has a track record of discovering novel genes contributing to cancer susceptibility. We also developed computational algorithms that predict pathogenicity from NGS data. The position calls for collaborative research within consortia and ability to assume lead role in more than one project.
