As a member of the Mental Health and Wellbeing team, you will:
Provide individual counselling and advisory sessions to students
Offer guidance and raise awareness on a wide range of mental health issues
Maintain accurate and sensitive records to monitor mental health needs
Contribute to the design and delivery of psychoeducational programs, workshops, and presentations
Prepare and distribute publicity materials and awareness displays
Represent the Student Mental Health and Wellbeing service at University events (e.g., Welcome Day)
Build connections and collaborate with local community groups and relevant organisations
Support the university’s involvement in national and international mental health initiatives
Assist the team and team leader as required
Master’s degree in psychology (clinical or counselling)
At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a higher education setting
Strong ability to connect and engage with people from diverse backgrounds
Collaborative team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Demonstrates empathy, patience, open-mindedness, and professional confidence
Fluent in spoken and written English and French. German and Luxembourgish would be an advantage
