Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct high-quality research aligned with Institute’s strategic strengths.
Apply for external research funding and mentor junior researchers.
Disseminate research to academic and societal audiences.
Teaching at undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels (Swedish/Scandinavian and English).
Supervise degree projects and doctoral students.
Complete university pedagogical training within one year if not already qualified.

Eligibility

PhD in caring science, medical science, or equivalent research expertise.
PhD or equivalent achieved within 7 years; earlier achievement considered under exceptional circumstances (sick leave, parental leave, etc.).
Swedish/Nordic professional registration required (nurse, radiographer, or midwife).
Proficiency in Swedish/Scandinavian language and English (spoken and written).
