Senior Research Assistant in Suicide Research and Prevention

Senior Research Assistant (holding the functional title of School Development Officer) in the Hong Kong Jockey Club Centre for Suicide Research and Prevention (Ref. 500676) (to commence as soon as possible for 1 year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Education or related disciplines, with 4 years' work experience, and preferably with experience as team leader in undertaking educational and psychological research, publication, curriculum and website development, and work with children and adolescents related work.  They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good analytical, organizational, project management skills; and proficiency in software application such as Microsoft Office package and SPSS; and the ability to work independently. The appointee will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the whole project. He/She will participate in the coordination of data management, statistical analysis, reporting and paper writing.
