Announcement of a tenure track position "Natural Language Processing" with doctorate / Ph.D. at the Faculty of Computer Science of the Faculty of Science and Technology (limited to 6 years, full-time 40h / week) according to the collective agreement of the employees of the universities

At the Faculty of Computer Science of the Faculty of Science of the Johannes Kepler University Linz is a tenure track position for a person with a doctorate / Ph.D. to occupy for a limited period of six years, according to the collective agreement of the employees of the universities and the UG in full employment.

The position is set up for highly qualified junior scientists with a focus on natural language processing using modern machine learning and deep learning methods and offers the opportunity to conclude a qualification agreement and thus - after positive evaluation - to permanent employment as Associate Professor.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate outstanding scientific achievements as well as experience in academic teaching. The successful candidate has a relevant doctoral / PhD degree, not more than 8 years old. The collectively agreed minimum salary is EUR 53,254.60 gross per year. After conclusion of the qualification agreement, the collectively agreed minimum salary increases to EUR 62,977.60 per year.
